The Download function within the Schedule List allows you to export your schedule list in either PDF or CSV format.
The downloaded report will reflect any filters currently applied to the schedule list. If no filters are applied, the default view will be downloaded.
Two download formats are available: PDF and CSV.
Download PDF
To initiate the PDF download, click the Download button and select View PDF from the dropdown menu.
Click Download in the confirmation pop up window.
A pop up message will appear indicating that the download is ready.
Click Download Report.
The PDF report will automatically open in the new browser tab.
Download CSV
To initiate the CSV download, click the Download button and select Download CSV from the dropdown menu.
Click Download in the confirmation pop up window.
Click Download Report.
The CSV report will automatically be downloaded to your device’s designated downloads folder.
