The Audit Trail page within a selected audit provides a comprehensive chronological record of all actions and changes related to that specific audit throughout its lifecycle.
This page displays a detailed history, including:
- The date and time the audit was initially created
- Records of any subsequent amendments or edits made to the audit content
- The date and time the audit was marked as completed
- Any changes to the audits status.
Interactivity
The Audit Trail page is purely for informational purposes. The data displayed cannot be directly clicked on, edited or otherwise interacted with. It serves as a read-only log of the audits history.
