Archived Non-Conformance Filters

Archived Non-Conformance – Filters

The Archived Non-Conformance List provides various filtering options to help you pinpoint specific records.

Status Filter

You can filter the Archived Non-Conformance List based on their status at the time they were archived.

A status bar at the top of the page displays the different statuses available.

Each status in the bar has a number next to it, indicating how many archived non-conformances currently have that status.

Clicking a specific status in this bar will automatically update the Archived Non-Conformance List to show only the non-conformances with that selected status.

Filters

In addition to the Status Filter, a comprehensive set of dropdown filters are available to further refine the information displayed in the Archived Non-Conformance List.

The dropdown filters are available under the following categories:

  • Assignee: Filter by the user that the non-conformance was assigned to.
  • Asset: Filter by the specific asset related to the non-conformance.
  • Asset Tag: Filter using tags associated with audits.
  • Template: Filter by the audit template from which the non-conformance originated.
  • Score: Filter by the score associated with the non-conformance.
  • Reporting Auditor: Filter by the auditor who originally reported the non-conformance.
  • Audit Grade: Filter by the overall grade of the audit in which the non-conformance was found.
  • Template Tags: Filter using tags assigned to audit templates.
  • NC Categories: Filter by the categories assigned to non-conformances.
  • NC Category Lists: Filtered by predefined lists of non-conformance categories.

Each of these filter options has a corresponding dropdown list.

When you click on a selected dropdown, a list of applicable filter options will be displayed.

Clicking on an item within this list will automatically update the Archived Non-Conformance List to reflect your selection.

Within each dropdown menu, a text box is also available.

You can insert a relevant search word or term into this text box.

The system will search within that specific filter category, and if the term is found among the available options, it will be displayed for you to select.

Selecting it will then update the displayed information accordingly.

Clearing Filters
